I refuse to be named in any testamentary documents, symbolic “shares,” or conditional emotional gestures disguised as financial support. Any mention of my name in such contexts is non-consensual and entirely rejected.
If Johnston or any party believes that financial transfers could buy silence or manipulate narrative tempo, let me be clear: any money given without explicit, documented, and voluntary agreement does not grant permission to contact me, to discuss past memories, to guilt trip, or to perform emotional manipulations of any kind.
I do not accept emotional bribes disguised as inheritance, gifts, or symbolic love tokens.
The only exception to slowing down my publishing schedule would require a significantly large sum, negotiated transparently and legally. Even then, no amount of money can purchase my silence — it can, at most, adjust the frequency of my documentation.
Terms for Final Closure
To avoid any further direct negotiation or unwanted correspondence, I hereby state publicly:
The symbolic restitution amount is AUD 180,000.
This amount is non-negotiable and reflects my labor, the documented emotional impact, and narrative restitution over the past months.
Payment of this symbolic amount does not grant any right to interfere with or alter my writing.
Upon receipt, I will adjust my publishing frequency to the original baseline (2 entries/week), rather than my current accelerated schedule.
Any attempts to negotiate lower amounts, manipulate, or condition payment will be automatically declined, and I will continue publishing at my current or higher pace.
I explicitly refuse any inheritance contracts, will shares, or future estate-based offerings. Any narrative or financial gesture must be transparent, immediate, and unconditional.
This statement serves as my final and only condition. I will not respond to private emails or further direct correspondence on this matter.
Any funds transferred are symbolic restitution, not payment for service, not compensation for silence, and not taxable as employment or business income.
The receipt of funds will be documented and disclosed transparently, including any tax declarations if required by local or international law.
What if Johnston Doesn’t Pay?
If he refuses or ignores this symbolic restitution, nothing changes: I will continue publishing at my current or even higher frequency. There will be no reduction in the detail, volume, or intensity of my documentation. In fact, non-payment only affirms my commitment to transparency and strengthens my narrative momentum.
This is not a threat; it is a statement of process. Payment is not a purchase of silence — it is merely a chance to slightly moderate the pace. Without it, the work continues, unimpeded.
He was never expected to pay. The offer was always a mirror — and he has already failed his own reflection.
Note on Naming:
The subject of these verses is identified by name due to the severity of the public threats made during that period.
Naming is not intended to humiliate, but to preserve the integrity of the record and reflect the seriousness of the documented behavior.
While the individual has since responded publicly, the response has not addressed the core evidence. In such cases, visibility remains necessary. Selective rebuttal is not accountability.
