Mr. J, a Former Professor Series – Entry 22: YOU’RE AN ABUSER. STOP CONTACTING ME
Grammar and Ethics For Slower Learners
This man was reported to police, TEQSA, and QUT for ongoing harassment, sexualised writing, and coercive threats.
He now tries to rebrand his abuse as “a birthday gesture” — after months of no-contact requests.
Police records confirm both sides reported each other. His report was dismissed. Mine was documented.
This excerpt is quoted from official correspondence received from Queensland Police Service. Officer name and personal identifiers have been redacted to protect privacy. The quote is presented as-is, without modification, for the purpose of public interest commentary and survivor documentation.

For me, Patrick James Johnston is a rapist.
He never once tried to clear his name. He didn’t deny it.
A man who spent months denying, deflecting, and harassing — now thinks a gift makes it go away.
Not a word of apology. Not a word of accountability. Just another act for the audience.
So don’t you send birthday gifts to someone you raped.
Don’t you ask for their number after legal no-contact.
You don’t get to send gifts after violating boundaries, ignoring no-contact, and being formally reported to police. This isn’t affection – it’s coercion disguised as kindness.
—
Stop. Leave me alone. You are not welcome in my life, inbox, or memory.
You’re not a forgotten promise — you’re a filed report.
Let this serve as a public record.
On 26 June 2025 (Day 113 of documented harassment), despite previous formal no-contact requests and multiple reports filed with authorities, the respondent initiated another unsolicited email under the guise of sending a 'birthday gift' - and requested the recipient's phone number. This constitutes an extension of coercive contact disguised as decency, and further confirms an ongoing pattern of post-complaint retaliation.

I have reason to believe that the person who harassed and harmed me is not done.
If anything happens, this is my public record.
This is not paranoia. This is a pattern.

In June 2024, a Queensland court issued a Temporary Protection Order against Patrick James Johnston, valid until June 2025.
There was another woman once had to seek a Protection Order to feel safe from him.
He was previously the subject of a domestic violence protection order, filed by a former partner.
This is not the first time.
Disclaimer & Contextual Note
This report is a public-interest response to sustained online harassment, reputational harm, and symbolic retaliation.
The subject is named due to the severity and persistence of public threats issued during the reporting period. This is not intended to humiliate, but to preserve evidentiary integrity.
